The most important skill you will need to bring to the table is a demonstrated experience of taking a developer tools product from 0-1. An extensive background working in startups and an entrepreneurial spirit would be the ideal.

Starting salary will be in the range of $200,000-275,000 plus significant equity. They also offer a healthy benefits package, including full healthcare, dental and vision, and 401k contributions. As the company grows, benefits will change/improve.
