Project Manager - Commercial Roofing

Armour Roof Co. is a leading commercial and industrial roofing company committed to delivering exceptional quality and service. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our commercial roof coating projects.

Mission:

To successfully oversee and manage simultaneous teams of commercial roof coating crews (W2 and 1099), ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Armour Roof Co.'s quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project planning between multiple 3-4 person in-house crews and some sub contracted crews.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, foreman, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress and quality.
• Schedule and allocate resources (labor and equipment) to ensure timely project completion.
• Hire, train, and manage project teams.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Resolve project-related issues and conflicts efficiently.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
• 10 + years  in a project management role. AND OR Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a project management certification or training.

• Skills and Abilities:
• Strong understanding of project management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel 

Salary:

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation includes bonuses and 401K.
