About the Role:

We have partnered with a prominent EPC that specializes in utility-scale renewable energy projects across the United States.

The role is pivotal in the planning and execution of solar energy projects. This role entails leading the preconstruction phase, conducting feasibility studies, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth progression from conception through to construction commencement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preconstruction phase for solar projects, from inception through to the start of construction.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and resource analysis to evaluate project viability.
• Collaborate with engineers, owners' reps, vendors, construction teams, and other stakeholders to refine project specifications.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to align project timelines and milestones, ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
• Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies, maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Skills & Abilities:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of solar and energy storage project development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
