IT Project Manager
1-year+ W2 contract with potential to extend
3 days onsite in Cupertino or Culver City CA
This position will work with internal Marketing leads and a cross functional
team of marketing managers, engineers, product
owners, and business leads. Developing and launching projects,
features and programs for the ongoing evolution of the customer
services business and the associated customer experience.
Develop and evolve the collaboration platforms used within the
team and by our partners to track and prioritize programs, feature
enhancements and status, down to the individual requirement
level.
Provide reporting on project, program and product status across
the various business and lifecycles. Build and manage the tools
vital for marketing, business and product leaders to evaluate and
prioritize a large portfolio of projects.
Responsibilities:
• Seeking an expert cross-functional manager to focus on
defining, developing and launching systems and processes
• Core to this role is a keen understanding of subscription media
services, marketing campaigns, product development
lifecycles, and flexible, real-time collaboration platforms
• The ideal candidate will work in quick and rapid iterative cycles,
with creativity and humility to formulate new ideas and
approaches.
• Orienting towards constant process improvement and using
data and structured thinking to inform the approach.
• This position requires working closely with global and cross functional
teams such as Engineering, Product, Operations,
Business and Marketing
Key Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in project and process management
with a focus in cross-functional collaboration and
prioritization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including the
ability to communicate with and present to partners at all
levels of the organization
• Demonstrated expertise working effectively and
autonomously across multiple teams in situations of
ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
• Passion for partnering with product, engineering, analytics,
and marketing teams to research and prioritize new features,
programs and capabilities.
• Ability to maintain positive relationship management abilities
and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience creating and managing project workflows and
timelines, leveraging collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack,
Asana, Wrike (or other project management tools).
The hourly range for this position is $70-85/hr on a W2 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
