Our client is a mid-sized commerical construction management firm in New Haven. The incoming Marketing specialist will lead all marketing and communications activities including social media content, website, marketing and customer presentation materials.

Responsibilities

• Create and post social media content to highlight and promote company activity.
• Define, create and publish website content.
• Design, create and publish company brochures, posters, billboards, etc.
• Monitor and ensure website is continuously updated and current.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
• Publish E-Newsletters to highlight company activity.
• Photograph Project images and publish as necessary.
• Create and customize RFP, RFQ and PowerPoint presentations as required.
• Participate in industry organization events when required.
• Create and publish Ad content for various outlets in the proper format.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field with 1-2 years experience.
• Problem solving with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a challenging environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships at all levels.
