Position Overview: AstroTurf Corporation is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team in implementing effective marketing strategies. This role will assist in managing day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating events, and ensuring timely execution of marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of trade shows, corporate events, and sponsorships.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, email campaigns, presentations, and digital content.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
- Maintain and update customer databases and assist in managing email marketing lists.
- Track and report on marketing activities and performance metrics.
- Provide administrative support, including handling vendor relationships, invoices, and purchase orders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing support role.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
