What’s the position?
The role of this position, Player Acquisition Specialist, is to solicit and identify new gaming customers to the Hard Rock Bet app. This will be a key role on the team, with emphasis on successfully creating customer loyalty between online and offline channels. This position will be customer-facing and will work in unison with the overall HRD efforts to deliver a seamless experience to customers as they navigate through our ecosystem:
- Ability to achieve acquisitions targets within a specific timeframe.
- Solicit and identify new gaming customers at Digital Hub as well as on the casino floor.
- Generate new business by signing up qualified guests for the Hard Rock Bet App.
- Greet and interact with guests in the casino in a courteous and professional manner.
- Promote Hard Rock Bet and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino by communicating with guests in an enthusiastic, helpful and friendly manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of player promotions, events, entertainment and general property information.
- Maintain the integrity of databases by following precise standards of data entry.
- Ensure the protection of customers’ rewards and confidential information.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
- Execute shared property and HRD strategies for player engagement, activation, and retention.
- Execute our loyalty-based programs to increase retention, player value and wallet share.
- Execute on select on-site activation programs with the Omni Brand Ambassadors.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and increase key KPI’s.
- Support and collaborate with other parts of the HRD business such as CS operations, VIP, PR & Social Teams.
- Act as an escalation point for simple queries that are unable to be resolved by property team members.
- Assist with Sweepstakes, Promotions and Gift Giveaways as needed.
- Ability to stand for periods of time throughout their shift.
- Ability to lift and set up displays of 50lbs or less.
- Flexibility with schedules (nights, weekends & holidays) and ability to travel when needed.
- No issues working in a smokey, loud environment.
- Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.
- Conduct behavior in accordance with all NJ DGE Regulations and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City property policies and procedures.
- Ensure prompt and discreet notification to management of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
- Other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for?
Proven performer
- 1 years’ experience in Marketing, Sales, Guest Service or Casino operations.
- Experience in land-based casino marketing or Social Gaming a plus
