A small proprietary high-frequency firm founded over 15 years ago are looking for a junior trader. They want someone confident, personable and with prior trading experience. This hire will be working closely with the co-founder and senior people in the business to learn about how they trade, then ultimately be allowed to run a small book once settled.

They are looking for people who are keen on a “start-up” environment and want to be constantly challenged. Personality and drive are key, as they want people who will bring something new to the table. What they are looking for:

• From fresh strong graduates up to 2 years of experience.
• Experience with Python.
• Some trading experience and/or understanding.
• Degree from a highly ranked university and GPA above 3.2.

Salary depends on experience.
