Our client is a Private Equity owned Supply Chain and Logistics company that is adding a Senior Financial Analyst. This is a newly created role reporting to the Finance Director.

Our growing FP&A team is seeking a Senior Analyst to play a pivotal role in forecasting and budgeting processes while providing critical insights to business partners through P&L and KPI reporting. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with all levels of management and influence strategic business decisions. Key responsibilities
- Assist in the annual financial planning process and support periodic forecast updates by collaborating cross-functionally to gather key assumptions, providing analytical support for business drivers, and preparing presentations to communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
- Support the reporting of office-level P&L statements and partner with office general managers to drive increased profitability.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support key initiatives and strategic business decisions.
- Continuously update and manage rolling forecasts for supported business functions, providing insights on risks and opportunities to the financial plan.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, highlighting actionable insights to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Assist in producing periodic financial presentations for management.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate development, or strategic finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience in handling large datasets and building financial models.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and knowledge of GAAP.
- Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with all organizational levels.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred skills
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems.
- Understanding of Tableau.
Compensation : $100K-$120K plus bonus
