Qualifications include:
- A passion for food and wine
- Ability to give and take direction as part of a team
- Organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to respond appropriately to guests’ individual needs, requests, and concerns
- Conflict resolution skills
- The desire and ability to effectively lead a team and help staff grow and succeed
- Ensuring outstanding guest experiences
- Knowledge of Point of Sale Systems, such as Toast
- Accuracy and efficiency in paperwork, cash handling, etc.
- Proprietary interest in maintaining the restaurant operation and appearance
- Controlling restaurant costs and inventory
- Effectively managing and preparing staff
- Previous leadership experience in a fine dining restaurant is required.
- Full Time (day/night/weekends required)
- Experienced in Fast Pace/Fine Dining
- Organized and efficient
- Will support the GM in training objectives and ensuring the highest quality guest experience.
