We are looking for the following qualities:
- Work well with employees & managers
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking and organization skills in fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and professional maturity
- Emphasizes on local and federal health regulations
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years' worth of Sous Chef experience
- Executive Chef experience preferred but not required
- Degree or certificate is relevant field preferred but not required
Compensation
- $65,000-$70,000 Based on experience and education
- Bonus eligible
