The Client Services Associate is a

Responsibilities:
As a Client Services Associate, you'll be an essential part of our operations, helping to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. You'll manage schedules, track forms, and serve as a go-to point of contact for clients. Your ability to juggle priorities, communicate clearly, and stay organized will be critical to supporting our team's success.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, both in person and over the phone.
- Handle communication across all platforms, ensuring our advisors' messages are clear, timely, and consistent.
- Manage and update records, files, and reports in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, keeping everything organized and up to date.
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports and manage cards and other materials that need to be signed and mailed.
- Assist with other operational tasks and cross-train in different areas to ensure team success.
- Send forms to clients, track their completion, and ensure they are processed correctly and on time.
- Answer client questions over the phone about forms and other service-related inquiries.
- Follow up with clients to ensure all required forms are submitted and processed without delay.
- Keep communication with clients clear, responsive, and professional whether over email or phone.
Skills Required/Software Knowledge: - Proficiency in MS Office
- Diligent, self-starter, proactive, independent, personable, meticulous, strong ability to multitask
- Relevant experience with client facing roles
- CFP desired
