Estimation Manager
Role Description
This role involves analyzing project specifications and blueprints, estimating costs, preparing bids, negotiating with subcontractors, and overseeing preconstruction activities to ensure accurate and timely project planning.
Qualifications
- Detailed Estimating, Cost Analysis, and Bid Preparation skills
- Knowledge of project specifications and blueprints
- Negotiation and Vendor Management skills
- Preconstruction oversight and planning experience
- Experience with self-perform estimating (concrete, carpentry, etc.) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
