Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the quality management system to maintain ISO9001 certification, including internal and external audits, documentation, and compliance updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement, set quality goals, and align processes with industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure vehicle durability, reliability, and performance, analyzing test data to identify and resolve issues.
- Monitor industry trends, new technologies, and external indexes (e.g., IQS and CR) to implement corrective actions and improve testing and evaluation processes for EVs.
- Work with suppliers and partners to meet all testing and evaluation requirements efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications & Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 5 years of automotive industry experience, including ISO9001 certification and vehicle durability validation.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems (EV, chassis, electronics) and CAN communication systems.
- Excellent technical English communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
