A Next Ventures client in the healthcare space is seeking it's next Senior Data Analyst.

Your Role

As part of our high-impact Data & Analytics team, you'll help build a modern analytics platform. Collaborating with Growth, Product-Dev, Ops, and Finance teams, you’ll design robust data pipelines and create actionable insights to improve patient care using SQL, dbt, and Looker.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze data from diverse sources to support business goals.
• Create metrics, algorithms, and dashboards to track care quality and patient progress.
• Collaborate on designing and maintaining an intuitive data warehouse.
• Split your efforts across dbt, LookML, Looker dashboards, and SQL.
• Travel up to 15% for collaboration in NYC and Jacksonville, FL.

What You Bring

• 2–6 years of data analytics or analytics engineering experience.
• Strong SQL, dbt, and Looker skills.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Startup enthusiasm, creative problem-solving, and a willingness to learn healthcare workflows.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., claims, ADT).
• Experience in startups or with internally-built product data.
