Job Description: As a Business Development Manager at MP Engineers+ Architects, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through strategic business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Communications:

  • Develop and implement effective corporate communication strategies.

  • Create compelling content for both internal and external audiences.

Digital Look and Feel:

  • Oversee the digital presence of the company, including the website and social media platforms.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the online visibility and engagement of the company.

Office Look and Feel:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a cohesive and professional office environment.
  • Contribute to the development of the physical branding and aesthetics of the office.

Company Culture:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our values and goals.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee morale and engagement.

General Marketing:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's services and projects.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.

Targeted Recruitment:

  • Work closely with HR to develop targeted recruitment strategies.

Long-Term Strategy:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term business strategies.

Client Engagement:

Qualifications:
