Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, incorporating evidence-based practices and innovative techniques.
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive clinic growth and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in community outreach activities and events to promote Rise Physical Therapy and our services.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Mentor and support staff members to foster their professional development and growth.
  •  

Education/Qualifications:    

  • Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy in the state of Arkansas.
  • Clinical experience, with a strong background in orthopedics preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience or potential, with a desire to grow into a management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for community involvement and engagement.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate and drive positive change.
  • Preference for working in a smaller, locally owned business environment over large corporate clinics.

Physical Demands:

  • Lifting, pushing, pulling, and assisting patients with exercise and patient transfers.
  • Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently.
  • May be exposed to infectious diseases, electricity, and strain from moving or supporting patients.
