In search of a highly motivated Sous Chefs to join the opening team of the new, Design District location of a proven, critically acclaimed Japanese restaurant concept from New York. 

Nami Nori is the first to specialize in open-style sushi hand rolls in New York City. Our mission is to create a world-wide devoted fan following for temaki through “omotenashi”, the Japanese art of gracious hospitality.  We are committed to creating great experiences for both guests and employees alike.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations. This includes food production, coaching and training, ordering & inventory, and maintaining department of health standards and compliance with all regulations..

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $65,000.00)
