LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Boston, is seeking an experienced Transactional Paralegal to join their team. This position is hybrid \u2013 one day remote. Responsibilities: • Assisting attorneys with transactional matters including trusts & estates, commercial banking, and commercial real estate • Drafting and filing complex banking, trusts & estates, and real estate documents • Conducting UCC searches • Utilizing the registry of deeds • Preparing real estate closing binders, tax returns, and estate planning documents • Corresponding with clients • Tracking deadlines and calendaring • Performing legal research Requirements: • 5 years of recent transactional paralegal experience - trusts & estates required • Strong MS Office knowledge including Excel • Excellent communication skills • Great time management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment The anticipated salary range for this position is between $90,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus. Benefit offerings include health insurance (covered by firm), dental, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
