Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive PAM governance strategy.
- Define and implement policies, procedures, and standards for managing privileged access.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the PAM team.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to privileged access.
- Conduct regular risk assessments of PAM processes and controls.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (NIST, ISO 27001).
- Develop training programs on PAM principles for employees and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for PAM governance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on PAM governance.
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure PAM governance effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in identity governance and PAM.
- Familiarity with identity management tools like CyberArk.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices.
- Proficiency in Visio and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in process improvement and creating metrics and dashboards.
- Ability to run SQL queries and analyze project details.
- Relevant certifications in identity and access management or data governance is a plus.
