Our client, a leading retail organization, is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Architect to join their team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and integrating enterprise-wide technology solutions that support the company's business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that leverage the organization's existing technology stack
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, platforms, and tools that can enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless system integration and implementation
• Develop and maintain architectural diagrams, documentation, and governance processes to ensure the integrity and scalability of the technology landscape
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail technology, with a particular focus on marketing technology (martech) solutions
• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the IT leadership team on technology-related initiatives

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as an IT Solutions Architect or similar technical leadership role, preferably in the retail industry
• Extensive knowledge of retail-specific systems and applications, such as ERP, allocation, replenishment, supply chain, customer data platforms, and point-of-sale
• Strong understanding of system integration, data flows, and API-based architectures
• Familiarity with marketing technology (martech) solutions and their integration with core retail systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and tools (e.g., TOGAF, Abacus)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
