Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned Concrete Project Manager & Estimator with over 15 years of experience in concrete paving, curb and gutter, and sidewalk projects, particularly for WisDOT and local road programs. This role requires a professional who can both estimate and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and estimate concrete paving, curb and gutter, and sidewalk projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Preferred Skills (not required):

• Experience operating a concrete batch plant (Erie Strayer brand preferred).
• Knowledge of raw concrete materials and mix designs.
• Quality control testing of concrete materials (aggregate testing is a plus).
• Grading experience on WisDOT or similar projects is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred but not required).
• Proven ability to both estimate and manage construction projects effectively.
