Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join a dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with a passion for the entertainment industry to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform account and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Pull and save remittance files for accurate payment tracking and record-keeping.
  • Communicate with clients via email, providing financial statements and addressing inquiries.
  • Run client account statements and ensure timely payment processing in InEntertainment software.
  • Process payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Transfer and enter financial entries into QuickBooks Online for comprehensive record-keeping.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in a professional setting.
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and MS Excel required, familiar with InEntertainment software a plus!
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of client accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent written communication skills for client correspondence.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
