Are you ready to shake things up? We are on the hunt for a  Cocktail   Bar   Manager   to lead the charge at our high-energy  cocktail   bar   within a lively hotel setting. What You’ll Do:

1. Run the Show:

• Lead daily   cocktail   bar   operations and occasional   bar tending shifts to stay in tune with the team and the guests.
• Oversee FOH service and team performance, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
• Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and fostering professional growth for both FOH and   bar   staff.

2. Unleash Your Creativity:

• Design and execute seasonal  cocktail   menus that will wow guests and keep them coming back for more.
• Standardize recipes and ensure consistency in quality and presentation across all outlets.
• Lead interactive training sessions to empower your team to bring your creative vision to life.

3. Keep It Smart and Profitable:

• Oversee inventory and manage beverage costs like a pro.
• Analyze sales trends to fine-tune offerings and boost profitability.

4. Build Excellence:

• Foster a collaborative, fun, and guest-focused culture through mentorship and accountability.
• Continuously refine operations based on feedback and performance metrics.

5. Collaborate Like a Boss:

• Partner with department heads to maintain service excellence and contribute to the hotel’s revenue strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in  cocktail   bar s, FOH, or beverage management roles.
• Expertise in crafting exceptional  cocktail s, managing inventory, and controlling costs.
• Stellar communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch guest experiences.
• Bonus points for experience with POS systems (like Toast) and beverage certifications (e.g., WSET Level 1, Certified Spirits Specialist).
