Job Details We are seeking a talented Junior Software Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the development of innovative software solutions. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of 2 days onsite and 3 days remote in the Coppell, TX area. ONLY applicants with experience in Blazor framework, GCP, Delta Lake, Azure, and Databricks will be considered for this role. As part of our dynamic team, you will deepen your expertise in C#, .NET Core, Node.js, Blazor, and TypeScript while contributing to the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated web applications, APIs, and microservices that align with our strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust web applications using C#, .NET Core, Blazor, and Node.js.
- Build scalable and maintainable APIs and microservices with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define functional and nonfunctional requirements for new software.
- Implement technical feasibility of UI/UX designs using Blazor and TypeScript.
- Support integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
- Maintain coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and update live applications as needed.
- Document and maintain software functionality, ensuring robust testing procedures.
- Stay current with industry best practices and introduce new tools and technologies to enhance development processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a data engineering or software development role.
- Proven expertise in Databricks, Delta Lake, GCP, and cloud platforms.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, Blazor framework, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and GCP.
- Familiarity with TypeScript and server-side application logic.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Unity Catalog for managing data access and security within Databricks.
- Knowledge of JAR file management in data projects.
