A company is looking for a Financial Customer Service Professional to support customers with their retirement savings accounts in a remote call center environment.Key Responsibilities Provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts Educate customers on plan updates and process account changes Participate in training to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licensesRequired Qualifications Availability to work a 40-hour week, including occasional Saturdays Associate's degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience Capability to work overtime as needed Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus Experience in financial services or call center is preferred
