RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Bathroom Attendant is responsible for providing guests with courteous, friendly, sincere, efficient table service that meets or exceeds guest expectations
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
• Cleaning guest restrooms, including restocking dispensers
• Cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls
• Emptying wastebaskets and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas
• Sweeping, scrubbing floors, using brooms & mops
• Must be capable of maintaining the cleanliness and sanitary levels of the facility

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to diverse guest types
• Ability to remain calm and well organized under pressure while working quickly
• Ability to prioritize and maintain multiple tasks at a time
• This position requires standing and walking during majority of shift
• Team-orientated and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills a must
