As an Assistant Project Manager (APM), you will play a key role in supporting our project management team. Working primarily from our office in Beltsville, MD, you will collaborate with senior project managers and field superintendents to ensure successful project delivery. Description Assist in managing all project phases, including planning, execution, and closeout. Prepare, track, and process RFIs and submittals. Take and distribute meeting minutes to maintain clear project communication. Support project scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance efforts. Collaborate with the field team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Profile 1-3 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with interiors projects. Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry. Job Offer Car Allowance: $400-600 per month Health benefits: 70% paid for 401K with match Holidays, and paid union holidays PTO: 2 weeks and 1 week sick, at 5 years it moves to 3 weeks.
