SUMMARY:

Great Neck, New York based private family office seeks a high energy and hard-working individual to join a growing and entrepreneurial team as a Corporate Hostess. The Corporate Hostess' primary role is to coordinate and supervise the activities of the dining room, kitchens, and conference rooms in the corporate office located in Great Neck, NY and in Manhattan, NY.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the pick-up, delivery, and set up of food and all other necessary items to host luncheons, dinners, and parties.
  • In charge of stocking all kitchens and ownership facilities.
  • Responsible for the cleaning of all dishes and linens.
  • Maintains cleanliness and is responsible for the upkeep of all kitchens, conference rooms and the Great Neck office.
  • Responsible for flower arrangements.
  • Maintaining lunch orders for the corporate office and Executive board.
  • Distribution of mail to appropriate contacts.
  • Maintaining company store order forms for the corporate office.
  • Flexible Schedule: Monday through Friday; Hours to vary upon daily schedule (must be flexible for early mornings, late nights).
  • May need to travel to the Manhattan office from time to time to provide support for meetings/special events.


IDEAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the food and beverage industry or other related industry
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Outlook.

Estimated hourly pay range for this position is $28.00 to 35.00.


Hourly pay offered will be determined on an individualized basis and we will consider your experience and other job-related factors.
