We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales manager to ensure the smooth operation of the department and achieve its targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting the Sales Manager & sales team in the preparation of quotes, sales proposals, and presentations. They might also be involved in order processing and managing sales documents.
- Process customer orders to Asia factories, manage sample requests, monitor production status from Asia and communicate to customers.
- Inventory Management: Coordinating with the logistics and inventory departments to ensure that product availability aligns with sales commitments. This includes monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and managing inventory databases.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving sales targets and delivering customer value.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales department
- 3-5 years of experience in Textiles is a BIG Plus
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Superior organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute positively to dynamic tam and detailed oriented
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
