Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join our Legal team as a Legal Coordinator. The Legal Coordinator will report to the Contracts Manager by performing a vital, integral role in daily operations of the teams by researching, reviewing, organizing, and processing information related to contracts, entity governance, regulatory requirements, and other matters.
Responsibilities:
? Organizing, tracking, and implementing tasks related to contracting, entity governance, and state board compliance protocols;
? Coordinating Legal communications to stakeholders;
? Researching regulatory issues;
? Managing communication directly with key stakeholders to obtain, submit, and maintain filing deadlines to ensure entity management, transfer, and dissolution in all states in which we operate
? Drafting amendments to employment agreements at the direction of the Sr. Contract Manager, as needed.
? Maintaining logs, files, databases, and other documentation of activities and processes;
? Assisting in conducting compliance and legal audits;
? Preparing and disseminating forms and documentation;
? Supporting department projects, initiatives, and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
? Knowledge or familiarity with healthcare, contracts, licensing, or regulatory issues a plus.
? Knowledge or familiarity with state and federal regulatory processes a plus.
? Medicare/Medicaid experience not required.
? Work experience in healthcare, paralegal or legal, or applicable corporate experience is preferred.
Hourly Pay Range: $30-35/hr
