Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator - After Market Parts and Service at MetFin. The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating after-market parts and service orders.
Contribute to MetFin's success and build your sales skills by completing a variety of duties related to our Aftermarket Sales and Service department. Work with the Aftermarket Sales and Service Manager to manage the flow of parts and service orders from the quote stage through procurement, production, shipping and invoicing. The position includes a full spectrum of administrative duties, including some accounting tasks, to keep the aftermarket department organized and customer orders moving through our internal process.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to solve their parts and service needs.
- Track and organize Aftermarket and Service Orders and related activities.
- Create Sales Orders for customer purchase orders.
- Create Purchase Orders to vendors for parts procurement.
- Track vendor orders and confirm parts' delivery dates.
- Prep orders for release to the Production department for build.
- Track projects through the build process for on time shipments to customers.
- Arrange for parts deliveries to customers via parcel or LTL shipments.
- Preform financial analysis on all completed orders.
- Generate and transmit invoices to customers.
- Answer phones for the company.
- Maintain and manage customer database, new customer set-up.
- Interact with team players at all levels of the company.
- Support company marketing activities.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Two + years of sales support in an industrial setting or bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
- Production Department experience a plus.
- Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to follow directions with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in computer skills including strong understanding of MS Office with focus on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.
- Ability to correctly read and document processes and procedures.
- Comfortable with direct contact with customers and interpreting their needs.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Display calm under pressure and change course when needed.
- Team player, able to collaborate with associates from other departments.
- Ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
