An international Manufacturer in the Elk grove Village, IL area is currently searching for a Japanese English Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to support their operation. The ideal candidate will have a year of Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment.
This is a full-time, direct hire position.
Japanese English Bilingual Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities Include:
- Interact with customers and clients in regard to order status, logistics tracking, questions and issues, etc.
- Assist with product pricing and provide quotations to customers
- Recommend additional products / services to established customers
- Assist with the creation and updating of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, etc.
- Issue purchase orders and maintain documentation of sales activities and inventory levels
- Interface with other departments and offices to ensure timely delivery of products
- Creation of sales reports for upper management
- Other duties as assigned
Japanese English Bilingual Inside Sales Representative Requirements Include:
- Minimum Associate's degree in a business-related field preferred, OR equivalent work experience
- Must be fluent in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking)
- 1-3 years' experience in Inside Sales or Customer Support, preferably in manufacturing environment preferred
- Good computer skills and proficiency in applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and part of a group
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
