Compensation: $22/hr

Availability: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch. The start date for the new Hire Training Class is this Friday, 1/17, or Tuesday, 1/21.


Legal Administration firm is seeking dedicated Customer Care Support Reps to handle email inquiries for major class action settlement cases. This role not only offers valuable experience but also offers growth potential! Don't miss out on this fantastic foot-in-the-door opportunity!


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer emails (volume fluctuates and may be high volume at times) from class action/settlement members inquiring about the status of, or information regarding, class action lawsuits or settlements.
  • Respond appropriately with scripted, legal information provided while creating a friendly and professional interaction.
  • Acknowledge and demonstrate empathy appropriately within requirements and defuse concerned members when necessary.
  • Access and enter data into client database and software programs.
  • Understand, meet, or exceed performance metrics while maintaining excellent quality measurements.
  • Participate in ongoing and project-specific training with the ability to absorb and implement new information quickly.
  • Adhere to all company policies.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous relevant experience REQUIRED (i.e. admin, customer service, video editing, social media/marketing, mediation, etc.)
  • Previous legal experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must possess strong written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy; proficiency with computers, CRM software, and database searching and entry
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Very detail-oriented with strong formatting/copy editing skills
  • Ability to accept feedback, work independently, and be productive
  • Excellent typing accuracy
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills
  • Adaptability, accountability, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes
  • This position is required to work onsite full-time and COVID-19 vaccinations are required; exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
