Job Description:

• Upgrade and maintain IP network devices, ensuring adherence to existing designs and configurations.
• Install, configure, and decommission Cisco routers and switches per standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly.
• Coordinate tasks via a work management system, schedule outages with stakeholders, and provide regular status updates.

Required Experience:

• Expertise in network design, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Cisco ASR/ISR routers (EIGRP, HSRP, OSPF), Catalyst switches, and Layer 2 protocols.
• Familiarity with network security best practices and datacenter environments.
• Experience resolving Layer 2 and physical layer issues in copper and fiber infrastructures.
• Ability to determine network requirements, develop designs, and create Bills of Materials.
