Job summary:
Using business driven requirements supports enterprise systems for our workstation infrastructure including implementation of hardware and software products and controls, monitors and tests technology solutions for our workstation environment. Monitors the day-to-day performance of the infrastructure and works with project teams on the integration of new systems. Provides data and troubleshooting for complex problems, incidents and outage situations. Provides third-level support for the workstation-supporting infrastructure.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
· Manages the health and compliance of the controls put in place to ensure system is meeting requirements.
· Packages and updates software and settings to keep applications up to date.
· Maintains documentation to support Desktop and support teams on configurations required for independent advisors and Branch Exams.
· Proactively monitors key controls for compliance.
· Main escalation point of contact for troubleshootingClient's related issues.
· Supports deployment solutions supporting Windows, IOS and Android operating systems.
Experience and Skills:
Degree MIS or related degree and five (2) years of relevant experience in assigned area or combination or education, experience and training equaling 3+ years at the Enterprise level.
· Incumbents may be required to work a non-traditional schedule including on-call hours on a frequent or rotating basis.
· Knowledge of the following strongly preferred:
o Application packaging and deployment
o Expert in Windows Workstation Operating Systems.
o Tanium Core and Provision Experience a plus.
o Group Policy deployments to workstation environment.
o Security best practices for Windows-based systems CIS benchmarks
o Basic IP network design practices and principles.
o Microsoft Active Directory experience
o System monitoring and event analysis and troubleshooting skills.
o Other assigned area knowledge and systems.
· In addition, knowledge of the following specialized areas at an advanced level (Platform):
o Windows Workstation Operating systems, and Modern System Management.
Licenses/Certifications:
· Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (a plus).
