Position: Information Security Manager

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 + 10% bonus

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

We are seeking an Information Security Manager with a strong background in Microsoft Security systems and people management. You will be joining a growing team in a leading law firm in Boston, working across the latest, cutting-edge security technologies.

You will collaborate closely with the Director of Information Security and take ownership over their security systems, defending the information assets of the Firm. What will the role look like?

? You’ll work closely with the Director of Information Security of the firm, taking ownership of their security systems and a team of 3 direct reports.

? You’ll work in a primarily Microsoft environment to oversee policies, operations, and audit/risk for the security team.

? You’ll ensure that these systems meet business requirements and goals, fulfil end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.

What do you need?

• Mastery of a Microsoft security environment, working across SOC2, Defender, Rapid7, Mimecast, and InTune.
• Experience managing a team of at least 2 direct reports.
• A BS/BA degree, preferably in a technology-focused concentration.
• Law or professional services experience is nice to have, but not required.
