Role: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Naperville, IL (Onsite)

Duration: 06-12 month

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and analytical skills to gather, analyze, and document requirements while ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering : Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements.
• Understanding of Mobile apps and Strong BA required.
• Process Analysis : Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend effective solutions.
• Solution Design : Collaborate with development teams to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
• Technical Documentation : Create comprehensive documentation, including use cases, workflows, process diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Data Analysis : Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Testing and Validation : Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
• Project Support : Provide ongoing support during project delivery, including issue resolution and change management.

Qualifications

Educational Background :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Professional Experience :

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role in a technical environment.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database management.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Lucidchart).
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
