Position Overview:

As the General Superintendent, you will oversee field operations for multiple large-scale Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant projects across Arizona. You will be a key leader, driving safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all field operations for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company standards.
• Oversee multiple $100M+ wastewater treatment plant projects simultaneously, maintaining safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve seamless project execution.
• Drive a culture of safety excellence, enforcing company policies and OSHA standards.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues proactively.
• Mentor and develop field staff, fostering a high-performing and cohesive team.
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality standards and client expectations.
• Participate in pre-construction planning, resource allocation, and schedule development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or equivalent role in heavy civil and water/wastewater construction.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale wastewater treatment plant projects ($100M+).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
