Job Details

Qualifications for Tax Associate/Tax Senior:

• 1-3 years of experience in passthrough and individual tax
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Bachelor's degree in accounting. Master of Accountancy and/or CPA is a plus
• If not a current CPA license holder, intent to obtain a CPA license is a must
• Focus on client service and an ability to develop good working relationships with clients
• Self-motivated, ability to manage time and prioritize multiple projects effectively to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to identify and propose resolutions to advanced, complex tax issues
• Experience with Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite is preferred, but not required

Qualifications for Tax Senior/Tax Manager:

• 3-5 years of experience in passthrough and individual tax, including return reviews
• Ability to work effectively with staff, including teaching and mentoring
• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting with an active CPA license
• Ability to develop good working relationships with clients with a focus on client service
• Self-motivated, ability to manage time and prioritize multiple projects effectively to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to identify and propose resolutions to advanced, complex tax issues
• Experience with Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite is preferred, but not required
