Salary: $110,000 - $175,000 per year

A bit about us:

We are representing a well-established law firm in Naples, FL that specializes in wills, trusts, estates and guardianship administration and litigation. They are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney that is interested in eventually be taking over the practice of the senior shareholder.

Job Details

Our ideal candidate is someone with connections to Southwest Florida and has 2-5 years of litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and Investigate litigation matters
• Develop legal arguments, including conducting caselaw research
• Participate in all phases of litigation, including arguing motions, depositions, and participating at trial
• Draft and review motions, briefs, and discovery documents
• Report to partners and clients on cases assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Strong desire to succeed
• Integrity and professionalism
• Active Florida bar license
