Project manager position to assist with all aspects of the Survey Department. Production of survey related drawings utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. These projects include boundary and topography surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, construction stakeout, and utility as-builts projects.

Responsibilities:

* Involvement in every aspect of plan preparation and production.

* Training field crews, technicians, and support staff.

* Manage and perform survey projects, including ALTA, boundary and topographic surveys, utility and roadway projects and construction stakeout.

* Quality control of survey plans and documents.

* Various calculations to support field personnel.

* Meet regularly with clients to ensure projects are performed on budget and on schedule.

* Title report review and compliance.

* Identifying problems and providing solutions.

Requirements:

* 5 plus years survey experience in survey project management.

* Experience working with Autodesk Civil 3D.

* PA PLS license required; NJ PLS license also preferred.

* Strong interpersonal skills.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
