The ideal candidate will have experience working on a manufacturing or automotive manufacturing ground up construction project.

Responsibilities include:

Managing the installation, quality control, and inspections for all MEP components on the project

Working closely with each of the trades to resolve job site issues

Supporting the Lead Superintendent and updating them on the MEP progress of the project

Providing reports using ProCore, and recording observations in ProCore

Essential qualifications:

Previous experience as a MEP Superintendent on manufacturing or automotive projects

Proficiency in using ProCore

Be based in or willing to travel to Greensboro, NC
