Job Description

* Oversees various aspects of workflow, staffing, budget allocation, and scheduling of the assigned project.
* Collaborates with project staff to create a strategic action plan and cost estimates of materials, time, labor, and other resources required to complete the project. * Hands-on experience with JOC Project Management is REQUIRED.
* Ensures all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of
risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
* Responsible for obtaining and overseeing necessary permits and licensing to ensure compliance with all relevant working regulations and standards.
* Manages subcontractor schedules and quality of work.
* Review and approve drawings and samples prior to submission.
* Promote JOC construction to existing and new customers.
* Acts as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors.
* Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
* Create and update a project schedule, tailoring the level of detail based on the project's complexity.
* Provide monthly updates, and more frequent updates may be necessary as per project needs.
* Provides and prepares updates on costs associated with the project during Work in Progress (WIP) meetings.
* Prepares all necessary close-out documents.
* Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards,
specifications, and best practices.
* Perform job walks with clients and coordinate jobs to specification.
* Responsible for ensuring client maintains a zero Safety incident project for the projects in which they are assigned.
* Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
* Accountable for ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained and that client is positioned for future work.
* Responsible for securing the funding documents from the Owner and reviewing the documents for adherence to
the work/scope estimated.
* Correlate contract documents with appropriate staff to be deemed acceptable.
* Responsible for ensuring ALL work-related costs are captured in the project, appropriately cost-coded, and that
all commitments are current before the start of work or ordering materials.
* Ensure all commitments, regardless of cost and scope, go through the purchasing department for pricing
verification and input.
* Responsible for tracking all project documents and submitting them to the Owner in accordance with the contract documents. These include but are not limited to Submittals, RFI's, meeting minutes, daily reports (as
required), change orders, delay notices, ensuring ALL project documentation is kept electronically in the project database folder, weekly project photos, etc.
* Responsible for generating project schedules.

Desired Skills and Experience
Hands-on experience with JOC Project Management is a requirement for this role.
