• Strong background in Agile ways of working, Project Management (Project Planning, Project Requirements, Project Estimating, Value Tracking, Resource Management, Scheduling and Controlling, Facilitation, Risk Management, Procurement, Reporting Status, and Change Management)
• Contributes to project initiation and scope definition
• Develops and manages the project plan/schedule
• Tracks progress and adherence to plan for scope, and schedule
• Develops effective project communication plans and ensures execution across teams
• Milestone tracking and management
• Identifies and works to resolve team issues
• Facilitates change requests to ensure all team members and stakeholders are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
• Responsible for project deliverables, ensuring they adhere to quality standards
• Prepares project status reports for Sr. Management, and Stakeholders
