Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Oklahoma City . This role will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality standards in our production lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, lean principles, and process improvement. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities.
- Conduct time studies and implement lean manufacturing principles to drive process improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff regarding equipment and processes.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, equipment, and technologies to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout manufacturing processes.
- Lead or participate in root cause analysis for production and quality issues.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in the automotive or drivetrain industry is a plus.
