Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Relocation Assistance Available)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Oklahoma City . This role will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality standards in our production lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, lean principles, and process improvement. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production activities.
  • Conduct time studies and implement lean manufacturing principles to drive process improvements.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff regarding equipment and processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, equipment, and technologies to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout manufacturing processes.
  • Lead or participate in root cause analysis for production and quality issues.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing efficiency and quality.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in the automotive or drivetrain industry is a plus.
