Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Project Manager at Centric Development in Reno, Nevada. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery on two multi story ground up apartment developments. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure project success within scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience, five years, as a Project Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Not required but consideration given to individuals that are currently Qualifiers for the Nevada General Contractors License.
