Our client is a marketing firm. They seek an SEO Account Manager to join their Long Island City, Queens office.
Responsibilities
- Understand the client’s product market, goals, and growth opportunities
- Develop and execute the implementation of SEO strategy to achieve goals
- Communicate strategy, timeline, and results with the end client
- Perform keyword research to optimize existing content and unlock new opportunities
- Recommend and execute strategies for content development to achieve goals
- Design and implement link-building strategies and campaigns
- Implement and administer search engine programs where applicable
- Assess and report on the performance of SEO campaigns
- Participate in sales meetings and lead SEO-specific business development efforts
- Inform team members on SEO basics and how to communicate to end clients
Requirements
- 3+ years of SEO, paid search, and social experience
- Proven track record of successful SEO strategy and implementation
- Able to drive initiatives forward with limited supervision
- Knowledge of SEO terminology and research tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multitask and meet competing deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong Excel (pivot tables, chart building, macros, etc.) skills
