The Digital Marketing Manager will also oversee these two complementary brands:

·      Chowking:  A leading oriental quick service restaurant, Chowking is celebrated for its Chinese-inspired menu and modern fast food service. It was named one of the Top Three Most Valuable Restaurant Brands in Brand Finance’s ASEAN 500 2024 Rankings and awarded the “Best Chinese Restaurant in South San Francisco” by the Quality Business Awards. In 2023, Chowking was also recognized as one of America’s favorite restaurant chains by Newsweek and Statista.


·      Milksha:  Originating from Taiwan, Milksha is a well-established bubble tea brand known for its premium handcrafted beverages. It has received numerous accolades, including the Yushan National Award for Best Popularity in 2023 and 2024, a 3-Star rating at the 2023 Anti-Additive Taste Awards, and the ITI Excellent Flavor Award. Milksha continues to set the global benchmark for quality in the bubble tea industry.


Role Overview:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will plan, develop, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategies for our brands. Your responsibilities include:

·      Identifying trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.

·      Recommending new and creative growth strategies.

·      Measuring marketing effectiveness and assessing ROI and KPIs.

·      Optimizing online presence across digital touchpoints.

·      Managing sales channels (online ordering and 3rd Party Aggregators).

·      Generating site traffic and managing brand presence on social and search platforms.

·      Developing a loyalty program and implementing email marketing efforts.


Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).

·      3-5 years of experience in digital marketing within the food/restaurant/hospitality/CPG industries.

· 2-3 years of experience working in QSR/CPG and managing aggregators (DoorDash, etc.) and online ordering platforms (Olo).

·      Proven experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

·      Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns.

·      Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.

·      Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

·      Experience with web tools: Shopify (CMS), Klaviyo (Email), Braze.

·      Proficiency in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

·      Salary Range: $90 - $100k/yr
