Position Overview:
Execute in store initiatives in a high-touch and timely manner, aligned with marketing strategies and brand initiatives. Work closely with Visual Merchandising team to execute brand guidelines and optimize in-store presence. Support Marketing department with successful team meetings, execution of campaigns, asset creation and on counter initiatives. Partner with Commercial team for excellence in execution and ensure all marketing needs are met to drive the business.
This is a temporary role starting ASAP lasting until June 2025. The role will be operating off a hybrid schedule on-site in the team's corporate office located in Miami FL (only local candidates will be considered).
Responsibilities:
IN STORE EXECUTION / VISUAL MERCHANDISING
- Maintain seasonal promotional marketing calendar to execute Special Events, Launch and promotional Activities and support the Sales Team in execution
- Liaise with VM department to optimize instore presence including execution guidelines and forecasting and development of VM materials
- Develop and maintain updated lightbox and video implementation calendar by season, by sub-region, while managing budget with VM team
- Order, develop, allocate and track brand collateral by season and ensure proper usage plan
- Prepare Event Brief Report (Sales Analysis, Success Stories, Key Learnings and next steps)
ASSET CREATION
- Create printed collateral materials within scope of budget
- Develop and adapt digital & printed assets
- Procure translations for assets in relevant languages and liase with vendor to layout
- Obtain and adapt Global brand artwork to regional needs
OTHER
- Assist and support with Sales Cycle Meeting Preparation and brand meetings
- Shopping cart creation for all marketing needs
- Plan and maintain social media calendar for retailer sites
- Manage local storage inventory
- Prepare adhoc reports for Regional Marketing Manager
- Support Assistant Manager with non-saleable inventory management
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in Photoshop and/or InDesign
- Although not required, highly preferred proficiency in both English and Spanish language
- Highly organized and strong collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Prior experience or knowledgeable in Digital Marketing
